I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot your password? and enter the email on your account. A reset code will be sent to it.

Someone is being abusive

Tap their name anywhere in the game and choose Report or Block. Reports are read by a person, and accounts that break the Terms are banned.

I want to delete my account

In the game, go to Settings > Delete account. Without the game, use the delete account page. Either way everything on the account goes, as the Privacy Policy describes.

A purchase did not arrive

Open the game while connected so the store can finish the purchase. If it is still missing, email us with the date and the store's receipt number.
